You can delete your Union Copilot account and all associated data directly within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Union Copilot app
- Tap Settings from the dashboard
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted, and you will be signed out automatically
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers immediately:
Profile information (name, email, employee ID, building, job classification)
Chat message history (all AI conversations)
Daily log entries (workplace incident reports)
Hours log entries (work hours records)
Your authentication account
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Union Copilot again, you will need to create a new account.
Data Retention
No user data is retained after account deletion. All data listed above is deleted immediately when you confirm the deletion. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts.
