Union Copilot is operated by BridgeAI Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Delaware. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Union Copilot mobile application ("the App") and the Union Copilot SMS Steward Line ("the SMS Service").

By creating an account, using the App, or sending a text message to the SMS Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Age Requirement

The App and SMS Service are intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will promptly delete that information.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Union Copilot, we collect the following information:

Account Information

• Email address and password (used for authentication)

Profile Information

• Name, job classification, building/facility, and center code (SLIC)

App Usage Data

• AI chat messages (your questions and the AI's responses)
• Daily log entries (workplace incident reports you submit)
• Hours log entries (work hours and overtime you record)
• Feedback submissions (ratings and comments you provide)
• Usage analytics (questions asked, contract articles referenced, and whether an escalation was suggested)

SMS Service Data

• Phone number (collected when you send a text message to the steward line)
• Full name and employee ID (provided by you during SMS onboarding)
• Text message content (workplace concerns and communications you send to the steward line)
• Message timestamps and delivery status

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App's features, including AI-powered contract assistance
• Personalize AI responses based on your job classification and facility
• Store your chat history so you can continue previous conversations
• Maintain your daily logs, hours records, and feedback
• Operate the SMS Steward Line, including receiving your workplace concerns, sending confirmations, and facilitating steward follow-ups
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App's AI responses and features
• Identify common workplace topics and questions to better serve members

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App and SMS Service:

• Supabase: Provides our database, user authentication, and server functions. Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: Powers the AI chat feature. When you ask a question, your message and relevant contract context are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response. OpenAI's API data usage policy states that data sent via the API is not used to train their models. OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Twilio: Provides the SMS messaging infrastructure for the Steward Line. When you text the steward line, your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform. Twilio does not use your data for marketing purposes. Twilio Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties. We do not use your phone number or SMS data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to steward communication.

5. SMS Service — Consent and Opt-Out

By sending a text message to the Union Copilot Steward Line at +1 (347) 408-0222, you consent to receive SMS messages related to steward communication, workplace concerns, and meeting notifications. Message frequency varies; typical usage is 1 to 10 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (347) 408-0222. You may opt back in by texting START to that number. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@bridgeaigroup.net.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with the following protections:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• User authentication is managed through secure token-based sessions
• Database access is controlled by row-level security policies, ensuring users can only access their own data
• Your password is never stored in plain text
• SMS data is stored in the same secure infrastructure and subject to the same protections as app data

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, including your profile, chat history, daily logs, hours records, and feedback.

If you have used the SMS Service, your phone number and message history associated with steward notes will also be deleted upon account deletion or upon request.

We may retain de-identified, aggregated data (such as general usage statistics and topic trends) that cannot be used to identify you. This data helps us improve the App's AI capabilities and overall service quality.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View the personal information stored in your account through the App
• Delete your account: Delete your account and all associated personal data from the Settings page within the App, or by contacting us if you are unable to access the App
• Correct your information: Update your profile details within the App
• Opt out of SMS: Stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (347) 408-0222

9. No Tracking or Advertising

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not serve ads within the App. We do not use your phone number for marketing or share it with advertisers. The only usage data we collect is described in Section 2 above and is used solely to improve the App and SMS Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App or SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
