Welcome to Union Copilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Union Copilot mobile application ("the App") and the Union Copilot SMS Steward Line ("the SMS Service"), operated by BridgeAI Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Delaware.
By creating an account, using the App, or sending a text message to the SMS Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or SMS Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App and SMS Service. By using either service, you represent that you are 18 or older.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@bridgeaigroup.net.
The SMS Service does not require an app account. You may use the SMS Steward Line by texting the steward line phone number directly. Your phone number, name, and employee ID are collected during the SMS onboarding process.

Union Copilot operates an SMS-based steward communication line at +1 (347) 408-0222 that allows union members to text workplace concerns directly to their shop steward. By sending a text message to this number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Union Copilot related to steward communication, workplace concerns, and meeting notifications.
Program name: Union Copilot Steward Line.
Opt-in: You opt in by voluntarily sending a text message to +1 (347) 408-0222, or by texting the keyword START to that number.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (347) 408-0222. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any message from +1 (347) 408-0222, or contact us at support@bridgeaigroup.net.
Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions with your steward. Typical usage is 1 to 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Union Copilot does not charge any fees for SMS messages.

The App includes an AI-powered assistant that provides information based on contract documents. This AI assistant is a tool to help you understand your contract. It is not a substitute for legal advice, official union representation, or guidance from a shop steward or union official.
AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information. You should always verify important information with your union representative, steward, or legal counsel before taking action based on AI responses. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You agree to use the App and SMS Service in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and block phone numbers that violate these Terms.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of BridgeAI Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
Contract documents displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners. The App provides access to these documents for informational purposes only.
Your use of the App and SMS Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App or SMS Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Data you enter into the App (such as daily logs and hours records) belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to provide the App's services. Information you send via SMS is stored securely and used solely for steward communication purposes.
We strive to keep the App and SMS Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App or SMS Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or changes to functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeAI Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or SMS Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from AI-generated responses, data loss, service interruptions, SMS delivery failures, or reliance on information provided through the App.
The App and SMS Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from the Settings page within the App. If you are unable to access the App, you may request account deletion by contacting us at support@bridgeaigroup.net. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To stop receiving SMS messages without deleting your app account, reply STOP to any message from +1 (347) 408-0222.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App or SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
